Regardless Of Me Interview

1.Can you give us an update on what has been going on with the band since the recording and release of the new album?

Well we have so many plans this year and for the 2018 too. New videoclips and new tours around Italy and Europe

2.Recently you have released a new album, how would you describe the musical sound that is presented on the recording and also how does it differ from the stuff you have released in the past?

The album will be released October 31, Halloween. I’m the last new element in the band as a drummer, but I can tell you that The Covenant is the most dark Regardless Of Me’s Album. The sound is more obscure and more emotional

3.This is your first album since 2011, can you tell us a little bit more about what has been going on during that time frame?

Yes, so many line up changement…you know what I mean. Changements bring so many problems for the projects you have, so this is the main reason why so many years have passed

4.What are some of the lyrical topics and subjects the band explores with the newer music?

It’s all about Life and human passion, nothing more, in a dark way

5.What is the meaning and inspiration behind the name 'Regardless Of Me'?

Regardless Of Me means that things happen regardless of us, we’re just souls driven by the wind. There’s no religion

6.What are some of the best shows that the band has played over the years and also how would you describe your stage performance?

Regardless Of Me played all around Europe in the past and I’m sure that the best shows have been in th summer’s festival, supporting Meshuggah in Romania for example. A big experience with great musicians

7.DO you have any touring or show plans for the new album?

Of course we got an Italian Tour immediately, 10 live gigs more or less. Unfortunately I will not play this Tour because of healthy reasons. The New Regardless Of Me’s drummer is Mr. Rob Iaculli, great man and phenomenal drummer

8.On a worldwide level how has the feedback been to your music by fans of goth metal?

We’re not a goth metal band, we’re more in a Dark Progressive sound. Goth metal is too reductive for Regardless Of Me. Anyway, we get good feedbacks everywhere and we’re so happy about this

9.Where do you see the band heading into musically during the future?

It’s a really good question and I really don’t know…Regardless Of Me are in constant motion

10.What are some of the bands or musical styles that have had an influence on your music and also what are you listening to nowadays?

Massive Attack and Portishead first of all, then Meshuggah, Tool and Katatonia

11.What are some of your non musical interests?

I am a student of psychology and I am interested in astronomy in spare time

12.Before we wrap up this interview, do you have any final words or thoughts?

Thank you so much for the interview and please support Regardless Of Me in everyway you know!
